  • 2013 Kagami Baraki Reflection by Persia

Karate is not a sport that everyone can do, it requires dedication and hours of hard training. Some of these hours come from coming to class or separately training at home on your own spare time. The Kagami Baraki training is just one of those. Kagami Baraki is our annual New Years training that consists of approximately 7 hours of training to renew our spirit for the new year. We focus on learning new techniques and perfecting others. This year our training was from 1:15-8 pm, we worked on our basics, fighting, kata and much more.

Thank you to Sensei Alex and everyone else who planned this for our club.
